Mira-Bhayandar, July 17: In a poignant display of compassion and community service during the month of Muharram, the Anfaal Foundation conducted a large-scale fruit distribution drive in Mira-Bhayandar, delivering care and nourishment to hundreds of patients and their families across two major public hospitals.
Under the banner of ‘Sarvanche Hussain’ (Hussain is for Everyone), the initiative took place at Bharat Ratna Pandit Bhimsen Joshi (Tembha) Hospital in Bhayandar and Bharat Ratna Indira Gandhi Hospital in Mira Road. The campaign symbolically honored Imam Hussain’s timeless stand for justice, compassion, and sacrifice at Karbala — values that transcend religious and cultural boundaries.
